New Charleston Homes Inspired Series

Charleston was my childhood home and deeply influenced my style and subject matter I feel drawn to as an artist. The city is filled with color, textures and patterns and you can’t go there without feeling inspiration oozing out of every street corner. To this day, Charleston is my happy place and our official home away from home! My recent Charleston Home series features a  whimsical spin on these charming southern homes. I loved painting these cuties in a loose style as it seems to translate the artsy + eclectic vibe I always sense in the city.  These homes are now available as 8″x10″ prints and I couldn’t love the quality of the prints more! They make lovely pairings and groupings as well as being very versatile for any room. Not to mention, prints are a great alternative to get gorgeous art at an affordable price!

I thought I’d take a moment to tell you why I journal and further more, why I’ve been compelled to design journals recently. I began journaling when I was around 9 or 10 years ago and I can’t tell you how therapeutic it has been for my soul.
